AZ Awards Gala

On the 21st of June the AZ Awards Gala will take place in Toronto. This includes the awarding of the international design and architecture competition organized by the leading Canadian AZURE Magazine. This year two Dutch designs have been nominated. The first Dutch finalist is nominated within the category “Commercial/Institutional Interiors” and includes the interior design of the Princessehof Museum in Leeuwarden by i29 Interior Architects (left picture by Ewout Huibers). The second finalist from the Netherlands is nominated in the category “Heritage + Preservation/Adaptive Re-Use Architecture” and includes the design by Civic Architects for the LocHal Public Library in Tilburg, a reinterpretation of the original building, which dates from 1932 (right picture by Stijn Bollaert).
